MENU 1 - ROSIE McGEE’S TEX MEX BUFFET

  • Chicken and marinade beef enchiladas topped with cheddar cheese and served with Mexican taco sauce
  • Home cooked BBQ spare ribs
  • Mexican spicy chicken wings
  • Nachos served with freshly made guacamole and salsa
  • Mexican style rice & pinto beans
  • Mixed salad with avocado and chili
  • Chili cheese peppers
  • Baked tortillas with cinnamon sugar, fresh fruit and vanilla cream

MENU 2 - LA CENA MEXICANA

  • Chili marinated prawns served on soft tortillas with avocado and topped with Mexican salsa
  • Striploin steak served with lime and coriander butter, roast paprika potatoes,
  • chargrilled ‘half corn’ and a garnish of mixed salad leaves.
  • ​Chocolate and coconut cake served with vanilla ice cream

MENU 3 - ROSIE’S TACO FIESTA BUFFET

Make you own mexican tacos!

  • Grilled breast of chicken, sliced beef, mixed Mexican salad, jalepenos, guacamole, salsa, crème fraiche, cheddar cheese and hot taco sauce. Served with crispy tacos
  • ​Baked tortillas with cinnamon sugar, vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce

MENU 4 - ROSIE’S MENU ESPECIAL

  • Smoked breast of duck served with a spinach and orange salad, caramelized pears, goats cheese and a balsamic glaze
  • Grilled fillet of beef, marinated asparagus, balsamic mushrooms, potato gratin served with a red wine jus
  • ​Forest fruit cheesecake with a fresh crème

MENU 5 - BUFFET CLASICO

Starter

  • Salmon roulade served on rocket leaves and sun-blushed tomatoes

Buffet

  • Chicken supreme served with a white wine and cream sauce
  • Roast fillet of beef served with rosemary and mushrooms, red wine sauce and topped with asparagus
  • Caprese salad with lemon and chives
  • Green bean and fennel salad tossed with roasted pine nuts
  • Roasted new potatoes with mint pesto

Dessert

  • Rosie’s classic cheese plate served with sugared brandy walnuts

  • Cray fish tails and melon salad served on a bed of rocket leaves and sun blushed tomatoes

  • ​Warm chocolate brownie served with vanilla ice cream and rich brandy & chocolate sauce
